FURRY & FINE ยท CUSTOMER CARE

Refund Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

At Furry & Fine, we want you to understand what you are purchasing before placing an order. This policy explains how we handle refund requests for our digital guides, ebooks, planners, and printable resources.

1. Digital Products

Our products are primarily delivered digitally. Because digital files may be accessed or downloaded soon after purchase, a refund is not automatically available simply because a file has been delivered or downloaded. However, each request will be considered in accordance with the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.

2. When to Contact Us

Please contact us if:

  • You paid but did not receive access to the product.
  • The download link is not working or the file appears corrupted.
  • You received a product materially different from its description.
  • You believe a payment was duplicated or an unauthorised transaction occurred.
  • You have another concern that may justify a refund under applicable law or the terms of your purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@furryandfine.com with:

  • The email address used for your purchase.
  • Your order number or transaction reference, if available.
  • The product name and date of purchase.
  • A short explanation of the issue.

Please do not include full payment-card details or passwords in your message.

4. Review and Resolution

We will review your request and may ask for reasonable information needed to investigate the issue. Where appropriate, we may help restore access, provide a corrected file, or arrange another suitable resolution. If a refund is approved, the payment provider may process it to the original payment method according to its procedures.

5. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applies to your purchase and cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, we will follow that law.
